Project Managers are experienced in the deployment of infrastructure technologies and business support services in a complex commercial environment
Industry recognised certification e.g. PMP; Prince 2
Creation project plans and schedules
Experience in managing, or multiple medium customer deployments with complex project objectives
Basic knowledge of infrastructure and business process reengineering solutions
Leadership skills and experience working with project teams and strategic account teams.
Working knowledge of the sales process including risk assessment and scoping
Good understanding of the legal issues with contracts
Negotiation and presentation skills
Project staff management
Customer resource management

Technical Solution Design

Technical Solution Architecture experience in the deployment of infrastructure technologies in a complex commercial environment
Certifications in applicable technology areas e.g. VMWare; Microsoft, Servers ; Networks (HP; SUN; IBM)
Solution Design and planning
Providing direction to technical team
Participating and communicating solution in internal and Customer meetings
In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure solutions
Time management skills and experience working with project teams and strategic account teams.
Working knowledge of the project processes
Thorough understanding of the technical issues with regards networks; servers; software solutions; connectivity

Business / Project Administrative Support

Understand the support role in a complex business / project environment
Specialist administrative skills (timekeeping; documentation control; report collation)
A thorough working knowledge of generic office utilities e.g. MS Office; MS Project; MS Outlook
Arrange all project related functions incl. meetings; team break away; strategy planning sessions
Arrange necessary project related system access; ensure project communication is clear and consistent in accordance with project manager requirements
